Looking for a poutine place - People from Montreal HELP!!!!

I heard this nasty rumour that somewhere between montreal and Qebec City there is apperently a Poutine place that lets you "customize" your poutine with lots of different types of cheeses and different gravies. Is this true? does anyone have a name to such a place? or better yet an address or how to get there? If you do please let me know by Tuesday.

I would definitively recommend La Banquise (994 Rachel St East, corner Christophe-Colomb, near Parc Lafontaine - metro Sherbrooke)

Considered by some to have the best poutine in town.

For more than 30 yrs, they take poutine to the next level offering many different varieties. For example, 'T-Rex' is a bacon, smoked meat, Italian saussage poutine. 'Dan Dan' is onion, mushrooms, Italian saussage... I always go for the classic (that is once every two years...) but you might want to try something different!
